Aura Suci Rates by Duration & Season 2027 + Booking Steps

Every published figure in one place: cabin rates by duration, whole-boat charter by night, the season bands that move them, and the official park charges that sit on top of all of it.

  • Open trip From IDR 4,750,000
  • Charter From IDR 85,000,000

Aura Suci publishes two anchor figures for its 3D2N trips: open-trip berths from IDR 4,750,000 per person, and whole-boat charter from IDR 103,100,000 per group for up to 24 guests. National park fees are always excluded. Booking takes a 50 per cent non-refundable deposit with the balance due 30 days before departure.

Every published figure, in one table

Most Komodo boat pages send you to a contact form instead of a number. Here are the actual figures, published directly on the operator's own listing, so you can see exactly what a trip costs before you reach out.

Every rate below — both the private charter tiers and the per-person cabin rates — comes from Aura Suci Liveaboard's own charter listing on indonesiajuara.asia, read directly and checked on 7 September 2026. Rates can still move with season, fuel costs, and provisioning, so always confirm the live figure with the reservations desk before transferring a deposit.

Season bands: when you travel changes what you get

The counter-intuitive point worth pricing in: December to March is the cheapest season and the best manta season simultaneously. The plankton-rich water that makes it rough is exactly what brings the mantas in. If you can tolerate motion and you buy flexible flights, low season is arguably the best value in Komodo.

Official charges on top of the fare

Komodo National Park entrance fees are charged separately from the Aura Suci charter rate and are settled on the day of entry, not bundled into the boat price. Foreign visitors (WNA) are charged IDR 650,000 or IDR 550,000 per person depending on the entry category, while domestic visitors (WNI) are charged IDR 300,000 or IDR 250,000 per person. A separate drone permit for the park costs IDR 2,100,000 per person, applicable to all visitors and best arranged in advance. Park fees are excluded from every Aura Suci rate quoted on this page.

How booking actually works — five steps

Two terms worth reading twice. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of guest cancellation at any time — that is the operator's stated policy, not a soft guideline. And documentation is included: drone, GoPro and mirrorless raw footage is shot during the trip, and by registering, guests consent to being recorded and to the footage being used promotionally.

Which rate is best for you

If you want to change the route rather than the duration, read what can and cannot be customised before you build a wishlist, and check the hour-by-hour 3D2N itinerary to see what the standard fare already covers. To weigh Aura Suci against other hulls and durations, compare durations across the full fleet. Remaining questions live in the FAQ hub.

  • Solo travellers and couples on a budget: the shared-cabin 3D2N berth from IDR 4,750,000 is the lowest honest entry point to the park.
  • Couples wanting privacy: Master Cabin 1 or 2, the two-guest cabins with a private bathtub and balcony.
  • Families of four: a Family cabin beats two Deluxe cabins on both cost and logistics.
  • Groups of 16 to 24: whole-boat charter, where the per-head figure falls below the Master-cabin open-trip rate once the boat is full.
  • Divers: quote a charter of five nights or more with the dive supplement priced in from the start rather than added later.

Frequently asked questions

What is the cheapest Aura Suci rate?

IDR 4,750,000 per person for a shared-cabin berth on the 3D2N open trip, on the operator's published rate card. That covers the cabin, all meals, drinking water, coffee and tea, guide, snorkelling gear and Labuan Bajo transfers. Park fees are extra.

How much is a whole-boat charter per night?

From IDR 85,000,000 per night for exclusive use of all eight cabins and up to 24 guests. Multi-night charters are quoted rather than multiplied, because provisioning and fuel scale differently from crew cost.

Do rates change by season?

Yes, though the published starting figures do not show it. July and August are peak. April to June and September to November are shoulder months with the calmest seas. December to March is low season with the highest cancellation risk and the best manta density.

What is not included in the price?

National park fees, flights, alcoholic and soft drinks, personal snacks and expenses, crew gratuities, the IDR 2,100,000 drone permit, and transfers from outside the Labuan Bajo mainland area near the harbour.

How much deposit is required?

Fifty per cent to secure the trip. That deposit is non-refundable in the event of guest cancellation at any time. The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days before departure, or in full if you book inside 30 days.

How do I confirm my booking?

Confirm availability with the reservations desk, complete the registration form, pay the 50 per cent deposit, then send the payment receipt via WhatsApp to +62 811 3823 875. Your reservation is followed up by the customer relations team.

Are park fees paid to the boat or on the island?

They are settled at the park on the day you enter, not built into your fare. Foreign visitors (WNA) pay IDR 650,000 or IDR 550,000 per person depending on the entry category; domestic visitors (WNI) pay IDR 300,000 or IDR 250,000 per person.

Why do other sites quote Rp 650,000 or Rp 900,000 for the park?

Those are bundled operator figures — the PP 36/2024 entrance fee plus regional levies plus ranger and trail charges collected on the island. They are real amounts people pay, but they are not the national-park ticket price.

Can I pay in USD?

Rates are published in Indonesian rupiah. Payment arrangements, including foreign-currency settlement and the applicable exchange rate, are confirmed by the reservations desk at the time of booking rather than fixed on this page.

Is travel insurance included?

No. Travel insurance and dive-accident cover are the guest's responsibility on every Labuan Bajo liveaboard. Given that the December to March window carries genuine weather-cancellation risk, insurance that covers trip interruption is worth the cost.

Book Aura Suci through Komodo Luxury

Send your dates and guest count and the desk will return a firm figure rather than a range. Aura Suci is sold and managed by Komodo Luxury, a Labuan Bajo charter operator running Komodo National Park departures since 2015 and part of Juara Holding Group. Reservations, live cabin availability and the current rate card go through one desk: WhatsApp +62 811 3823 875 or email sales@komodoluxury.com. A 50% deposit secures the date; the balance is due no later than 30 days before departure (full payment if you book inside 30 days).

What the rate buys

Eight cabins, four grades

Cabin grade is the single biggest lever on the per-person rate. Every one of them has a private bathroom, a balcony and a sea view.
