Can I bring alcohol on a Komodo boat?

Where to buy in Labuan Bajo
Labuan Bajo is a tourist harbour town in a Catholic-majority part of Indonesia, and alcohol is sold openly in minimarkets, bottle shops and restaurants along the main street. Beer is easy and cheap; imported wine and spirits are available but carry a heavy import tax, so expect to pay considerably more than you would at home. Buy the day before departure rather than on the morning of it — boarding is usually mid-morning and you do not want to be shopping with a bag while the tender is waiting.
There is no shop, no ATM and no resupply between Kelor and Kanawa. Whatever you carry aboard on day one is what exists for the whole itinerary.

Three practical points that crews everywhere will thank you for. Bring cans rather than glass wherever possible. The rules that do apply
